Refunds
We currently do not support refunds because the products you order are personalised and made specifically for each order.
Defective Item
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through Gelato. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us so we can investigate with our print-on-demand partner.
If a replacement order is not feasible, we will liaise with our partner to provide a refund.
Returns
Our print partner doesn't currently support returns or provide a return address because the products you order are personalised and made specifically for each order.
Lost Orders
Orders lost and not found within 30 days are eligible for replacement.
